What happens at the end of my free trial?

Your subscription will automatically convert to the chosen paid subscription at the end of your trial. You can cancel at any time prior to the end of your trial on the My Account page, section Subscriptions & Billing so you will not be charged.

Can I start a trial without a payment method?

No, we require a valid payment method on file in order to start a trial.

How will you bill me?

Your subscription will be billed annually in advance at the end of your trial and will automatically be renewed on an annual basis if not canceled before. For more details please refer to our Membership terms.

How can I extend my initial membership for free?

Once subscribed for an initial 12-month membership, you can extend your subscription year for year for free through our affiliate upgrade scheme, Visit your My Account page, section Affiliate Upgrade Scheme, to learn more.
